Our return policy is only for  30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please check the following topics to see if your return is eligible:

- The item is unused and in the same condition (no damages)

- It has to be back to us within 30 days.

- All the tags must be still on the product in the same condition that you received it.

- We do not accept returns with make-up or other stains

- Sale Items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sale items are final sale.

For any orders above $1,000 total, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

- Gift cards are non-returnable items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like to return a product please send us an e-mail with topic 'return + 'ordernumber' to Please specify in your e-mail why you want to return the item(s), which items and how many you would like to return. This way we know that your return is on it's way and we can follow it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 10 business  days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you wish to do an exchange instead of a refund, you will only be responsible for shipping the original item back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

You are responsible for return shipping costs to return your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
